While we haven’t looked too closely at what could or could not be arriving in simulcast form this winter, one anime series that we were definitely aware of and having high hopes for is this one, Prince of Tennis II. Having been a huge fan of the previous TV series and lamenting regularly that Viz Media was never able to finish it either on DVD or through streaming, getting the new season this way is a big win for us. Crunchyroll is set to bring this out on Wednesdays at 1:30pm ET starting on January 4th, making it a good new year for us. The series has a pretty good range for release as well as it will be available in North America, South America, Central America, Greenland, Iceland, Spain, Portugal, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Turkey.
